From food to flags to music and more, GTCC has offered a week's worth of opportunities to experience global cultures during its International Education Week Food and Culture Festival.

The annual celebration, which began Monday, has included a flag display in the Sears Applied Technologies building, education and performances from Conrad Worley (bagpipes, pictured above) and Patrick Suarez (Iroquois dance), and international coffees, teas, and food. Food scholar KC Hysmith will close out the celebration tomorrow (noon - Applied Technologies auditorium) with a presentation on Southern Foodways and the Global South.
